Cancellations made **48 hours or more** before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund or credit towards a future booking, based on the client's preference.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund or 50% credit towards a future booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are NON-REFUNDABLE. No credit will be provided, as last-minute cancellations often prevent other clients from booking the space.
Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the booking can be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the booking may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the original booking cost.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be provided.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a sudden illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee refunds or credits, we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
By booking with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. This policy helps us provide consistent availability and high-quality service for all clients.
Booking Time
Your rental time begins and ends at the scheduled times. Please include setup, breakdown, and cleanup within your booking hours. Overtime charges may apply if sessions exceed the allotted time.
Capacity Limit
The maximum number of people allowed per booking is 4 people per space. For larger groups, prior approval is required, and additional fees may apply.
Noise and Music
Volume levels must be kept to a respectful level to avoid disrupting other renters or neighbors. The studio is a shared space, so excessive noise is not permitted. Please be mindful if you need video/audio recording to book the entire studio.
Use of Equipment
Any equipment provided by the studio (lights, backdrops, props, etc.) should be handled with care and returned in the same condition. Report any damage immediately. Replacement costs may apply for damaged or lost equipment.
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas. Please avoid placing food and drinks near equipment or backdrops to prevent spills or stains.
Smoking and Open Flames
Smoking, vaping, and open flames are strictly prohibited in all areas of the studio. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.
Cleanliness and Tidiness
Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Clean up after yourself and ensure all personal items are removed by the end of your booking. A cleaning fee may apply if the studio is not left in acceptable condition.
Props and Furniture
Moving props or furniture is allowed, but please return everything to its original position before leaving. Do not use any props or items marked as "Do Not Touch."
Children and Pets
Children and pets are NOT permitted in the studio unless approved prior for specific content purposes. The studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Damage and Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment during your booking. The studio is not liable for any injuries or lost items. Renters assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their team and clients. Damages incurred, depending on severity, can result in up to a $1000 damages fee.
Respect for Staff and Other Renters
Treat the studio staff, equipment, and space with respect. Rude or aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
No Illegal/Inappropriate Activities
Illegal activities are prohibited on the premises. This includes any behavior that violates local, state, or federal laws. We welcome tasteful, artistic expressions, including classy boudoir shoots. However, we do not permit any explicit adult content, pornography, or OnlyFans-specific productions. Our studio aims to maintain a creative, respectful environment suitable for all types of professional projects.
Agreement
By booking with us, you agree to abide by all studio rules outlined above. Violating these terms may result in fees, immediate termination of the session, or restriction from future bookings.
