We recommend arriving with enough time to find parking, and about 15 minutes allocated to setting up and getting to know the space. 

9-5PM M-F, 10-3 Sat & Sun. However, upon request, we may accept early/after hours bookings. 

If you booked downstairs, you will have A LOT of natural light. If you booked the Cloud Suite, natural lighting + studio lights are INCLUDED in your booking

4 people MAX per space. Please let us know if you need more than 4 people at a time in a space and we may make exceptions- we know sometimes it takes a village!

Props + Equipment, yes! Please inquire ahead for furniture or anything large. 

We have speakers available for use for you to vibe out during your session! Just be mindful, if you did not book the entire space, of potential guests using other spaces.

Please let us know 24 hrs prior to your booking if you need to reschedule your appointment date.

Cancellations should also be made within 24 hours, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your booking fee. No shows will be charged the full booking fee and we do not provide refunds. 

If it is for prop/creative execution, yes. Please be mindful that any damage/stains to furniture could result in up to $300 in damage fees. 

Street parking is available on both sides of the building. 

Only upon request and this will result in an additional fee. 

Lucky for you, props are included in your booking!

We welcome tasteful, artistic expressions, including classy boudoir shoots. However, we do not permit any explicit adult content or pornography. Our studio aims to maintain a creative, respectful environment suitable for all types of professional projects.
